Getting great results with your digital camera requires the use of the right tools. Unlike standard film cameras, the flash system of digital cameras has unique features. A strobe designed to be compatible with those features will provide the results you are looking for.

The YS-25DX was designed specifically for digital cameras. It synchronizes with a unique fiber optic cord for flood free connection. The fiber optic sync cord is customizable for a variety of digital camera housings for Canon, SONY, Olympus, Ikelite and Sea Life. The fiber optic cable transmits light from the cameras built in flash, so in a sense it works like a slave strobe. The special synchronization dial can be adjusted for the strobe to work as a standard slave or with “pre-flash cancellation” for digital cameras that utilize a pre-flash. The pre-lash cancellation can be adjusted for many different digital cameras so that the proper synchronization is achieved. The YS-25DX offers complete exposure control with a seven level power adjustment dial. This is especially helpful in standard and wide-angle photography where an automatic strobe would produce too much light. Lightweight and compact, the YS-25DX makes the ideal digital light package for all digital cameras.

Configured like its counterpart, the popular YS-90TTL Duo strobe, the YS-90DX is compact and lightweight, constructed of high-impact polycarbonate. It bears the same prism diffuser, projecting an ultra-wide, even beam. But the YS-90DX goes beyond dual system capability; it is the world’s first submersible flash to have intuitive circuitry with triple-system compatibility. A traditional four-pin sync cord synchronizes it with the Motor Marine II-EX. A traditional five-pin sync cord synchronizes it with Nikonos and housed Nikon systems. A high-performance auto strobe YS-90AUTO has been added to Sea & Sea YS-90 series. Designed to fully utilize the advanced features of digital cameras, YS-90AUTO responds to 12 steps of aperture level and offers improved performance. For digital cameras with manual aperture control or program auto function, you simply turn the dial to adjust the aperture level of YS-90AUTO and you’re ready for auto strobe lighting.
